All orders are packaged the best way possible to prevent damage. Once it leaves my hands, there is not much I can do. If an issue comes up please contact me immediately personally and we will discuss what can be done. Items in question MUST BE RETURNED TO ME FOR INSPECTION.

There is no refunds per say. I will do what I can if an issue comes up.
